As a board member, you will guide the organization to achieve its mission. The responsibilities of a nonprofit board of directors at Bridgestone Greenways Conservancy include:

- Hiring and overseeing an executive director.
- Securing operating funds. (give or get )
- Setting the organization's strategy and goals.
- Ensuring that the organization complies with legal and ethical standards.
- Advocating for the organization and utilizing connections to facilitate growth.
- Understanding the organization's mission, rules, and activities.
- Making regular personal donations to support the organization.
- Overseeing finances.
- Mitigating conflicts within the organization.
Board member dues are $200 per year.
